January 2020, a time when how we worked in our  offices changed….  Whether you were excited or stressed about the news you were working from home, the last 2 years have taught us that a functioning/attractive home office space is a necessity.  After the first 12 months of everyone hunkering down and life’s pace slowing,  the phone began ringing off the hook.  And it was all about home office space for the kids and adults. 

This handsome office has personal touches galore and plenty of storage.  Accented with dark cork wallpaper from Kravet Inc, custom made cowhide rug. and black leather guest chair from Wayfair.  Don’t forget extra lighting like this task light from RH. 

I also utilized our clients personal items to add some fun and a little personal touch.

Find a desk that provides storage if you lack the space for bookshelves. This metal desk from RH compliments the navy wood grain wallpaper from Kravet Inc., popped with a NEON sign from Etsy. Don’t forget extra outlets for all your electronics and desk lamp.

Chrome and gold file cabinets from CB2 paired with a glass desk help reflex light in the space and make it feel light.  Also note placement by the window.  This uber sophisticated bedroom office makes me feel inspired with Fred and Ginger boasting the walls- art work from Grandinroad.  Chair from CB2 and desk from Wisteria.
